Terms of Service

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking online to secure your preferred time. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

3. Session Packs

Session packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pack credits are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase (typically 90–180 days). Expired credits cannot be extended or refunded.

4. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in recovery sessions. Ice bath, sauna, and other therapies may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure.

Pure Recovery Byron Bay reserves the right to refuse service if we believe a session may pose a health risk to the participant.

5. Liability

Participation in all recovery sessions is at your own risk. Pure Recovery Byron Bay and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
